Here’s a 360 degree video shot on board one of the Camel Dive Club boats.
The file is shown using the Ryubin Panorama Flash player (sorry iPad/iPhone) users and you can move around the scene as it plays either using your mouse or the arrow icons in the flash player.
Hopefully with the development of the GoPano Micro for the iPhone and accompanying HTML5 player which they say will be open sourced, I’ll be able to serve up the video to everyone.
The player has been embedded using the <object id> method within the wordpress post so there’s no need to use a post template. The video file was encoded using the Pano-Pro video software to a flat video format and dropped down to 480p to save on space. The movie is made up of two separate files that were merged using Quicktime. Both were shot holding the Camera and Pano-Pro lens so apologies for the wobbly motion.
